Doing the East River at night is beautiful, but you need to keep a
serious debris watch. There is a lot of big stuff floating around.
Also, they are doing some constructiion on the highway and the channel
is narrowed to almost 1/2 from 72nd St to 50th St. with large barges
cranes and miscl. equipment.

Got the edlrige handy? What time's ebb friday even?

Eldridge is on the boat, but using on line tide tables and the fact
that current change at H gate is 2 hrs after High or low tide at the
Battery, Hell gate should begin the ebb around 9:00PM Fri .

Its an hour 15 min from C.I. to Hellgate and the current turns at
Cryder Point 30 min before H gate. so, you can push a 1/2 to 1kn
current and leave at 7:45 PM and go thru at slack or leave at 8:30
and ride fair all the way.

Good info....I have a lady friend who wants to come along, so leaving at about
7 PM may work best.

more stitches, even if it is ragged.

Perhaps that's how he's been able to unassumingly assume the
mantle of the newsgroup captain, despite Bobsprit's best efforts
to retain it. Perhaps a eulogaic verse is appropriate...

Just when you you think that we've struck rock bottom - they get verse!

I can't carry a tune in a cedar bucket or I'd volunteer. I'd
do just about anything for a chance at a duet with Katysails,
though.

I don't see how you can say this. While Mooron is clearly of ranking caliber,
it is I who continues to helm the group.
Observe my current control over Loco and Billy Jane. I expect to trample

Hollow words, Bobsprit, hollow words. Events have overtaken
you. And I'm still disappointed at your backing off from the CN
role in the Internet Opera....

I don't talk "at" people, I talk "to" them. And I'll talk to you as long as you stay within the proper guidelines. Use the
nasty word and you're back in the box.

It is in our facility. That is not unusual at all, especially when the home is
run with the Eden concept in mind. You are out
of touch.

No, Katy, I'm in NY. Here it's quite rare due to the assembly line treatment of
patients.

crew shirts for
everybody... and ball caps.

Whatever happened to our burgee contest? Did we decide on a design? We could put that on the shirts and caps. (I'd niver
mutny with you as Capn, Mooron....Want some fried monkey?)

Cripes... that's Lady Pilot's line isn't it?.... Ha ha ha ..... You cheeky
monkey. I can't be Captain until either Bob or Capt. Neal have been made to
walk the plank. Nobody has managed that feat here as yet... with Neal
anyway.
