In a recent press conference the "Office of the President Elect" holder,
Hussein Obama stated that he was going to reduce spending by having his
staff go over the budget line by line and eliminate wasteful government
programs that don't work. (BTW, Hussein Obama is NOT the president elect. He
will not be the president elect until the electoral college certifies him
come December. As of now, he is nothing more than the presumed president
elect.)

Duh!

Since a line-item veto is unconstitutional one must wonder how he plans to
do that. He can go over the budget line by line all he wants but he can only
do ONE or TWO things with it when congress ignores his recommendations and
holds on tight to their pork as they always have done. He can sign it or he
can veto it.

His sycophants are too stupid to realize this, though so they still view
Hussein Obama as the Messiah! Dolts!
