Any fees on the hamble?

Hi all,

I'm planning on taking my new boat down to the hamble this weekend and was
wondering if there are any launching fees or special licences needed? Best
place to launch?

You can tell I'm new to this :-) Just want a gentle stretch to get used to
the boat (3.8m Bombard Aerotec with 15hp Johnson)
