Any suggestions on replacing a seat in a Perception Axess?
I would like a high back seat instead of the low river runner seat I
currently have.

In a word "no". But have you considered a back band? If the only problem
with the seat is the lack of back support maybe adding a back band will do
the trick. I believe some (most?) back bands are adjustable, perhaps not the
case with a new seat.
