SHERHERDSTOWN TO GREAT FALLS! 2005 Potomac River Sojourn Join the
Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and the Interstate Commission on the
Potomac River Basin on the 2005 Potomac River Sojourn for an
unforgettable experience. In its fourth year, this week -long voyage of
discovery will be held to showcase the importance and splendor of the
Potomac. Imagine being part of a team of one hundred ambassadors
paddling from town to town in colorful canoes and kayaks, spreading a
message of stewardship along the way. Part of the mission of the
Sojourn is to strengthen public awareness, understanding, and
appreciation of these rivers, but that mission can only be achieved
