Thanks so much for the link. It brings back all sorts of memories of
four years of sailing EAGLE during my CG Academy years. Last experience was to ride her from the sea buoy to Savannah dock in late 1990s. Even got "piped aboard" and then "piped ashore". A West Coast Cruise is very unusual and the logistics are difficult. EAGLE departs new London early, the crews change and fly across country several times during the summer, and EAGLE return late..
