Not free from Brawny Lads anymore but if you check sites for old versions,
you can find V-1.1.0.7 which works fine with XP.

OK, for those of you who can't find it, attached is a version that
works fine on XP. Now, except for the MAC users, there
should be no complaining about yEnc postings.

I got it right here on a cd if anyone wants I will post it for you. As
I recall it is not a big file at all.
