NL-Den Helder- various - file 09 of 10 Lifeboat training facilities.jpg
Various pictures shot in Den Helder in 2007. Note the Joke Dijkstra and Geo Explorer pictures. The Joke Dijkstra is the Den Helder based lifeboat. The Geo Explorer is a yacht that's been based on the same design as the lifeboat. The company that ordered the Geo Explorer has had it modified to comply to shipping standards. (From workboat-to yacht- to workboat....) Anyway, both ships look great to my opinion.
