So looking at this particular picture I presume those are houses in the
background and I'm kinda curious as to what a waterfront house like that would be worth. In American (Canadian) dollars if possible. For example would they cost more that a house inland. Would there be a high demand by people who wanted to have a dock in their back (front) yard. |

But here is a example, the small house on the picture cost ? 419.000 euro (581781 $, 600678 Ca$) For example would they cost more that a house inland. O yes, the price will be a lot more, maybe double or more. Would there be a high demand by people who wanted to have a dock in their back (front) yard. Again yes, the reason for the price different. It is always interesting to see how some people live in different parts of the world. I imagine that many people in this group would give their eye teeth to be able to have a dock and boat in their backyard. If you have more photos like that please feel free to post them all. Thanks and greetings from Canada. |

The houses you see here may cost 1,000,000 euro or 1,437,160 CAD or more. I live at the watersite but its not my house, I only rent two small rooms. my view is exellent, see pictures, and I see a lot of ships pasing by. Groeten Bouler (The Netherlands) |

Groeten Bouler (The Netherlands) Bouler my friend, you are a rich man. Not necessarily money wise but in life wise. I like where I live too. A rich city with lots of fine little back streets with lots of planters and trees. I love your views however and would like to have something like that but we enjoy what we have. Thanks for the post. |
