LOL, I hope you are not that confused. When the ship was launched, I
was 36. Read it again and you will see that the ship was launched in
1978.

of chin ups today of 6 each. Not bad for a youngster of 64, would you
say. A few minutes rest between each set.

You're doïng a very good job joevan caring for your body and condition
tryïng to keep on with you're 16 years old daughter.
I'll be honest, I would be unable to do that, my condition is not that good.
My body refuses to do things my mind is willing.

You keep playing boules and you will be fine. I think it must be some
good exercise.
