This is an early-bird listing as I don't have pics yet. BUT, this is a
great shoal draft (48 inches!) sloop with a HUGE cabin, and a very
rugged build. The 305 is a unique family boat, also good for a couple
on more extended sailing. Boat looks good. She could use new paint on
the topsides, but otherwise is just fine and interior looks good. FAR
more roomy than a Catalina 30 and as roomy as some 35 footers! Yanmar
diesel runs PERFECT. Wheel steering and much more. Located on City
Island and asking just 12'500.00. Call to make an apointment to see
her. This might be the right boat for you at a really good price. 305's
are VERY rare to market.
