Default FS: 1987 Tartan T-28 in N. florida

Located at the Bluewater Bay Marina in Niceville, florida and offered at

This handsome "head Turner" is fast and comfortable with sloop rig stepped
on fin keel mast, with spade rudder. Offering extensive teak trim and
cabinetry below and eight opening ports. She can accomodate five and
provides 6'of cabin headroom. In 2002, Chill'n Time won the Choctawhatchee
Bay "Mid Bay Series" non-spinnaker.

Accommodations

The forecabin V-Berth is 6'3" long and has an insert to form a double berth
and a seat. Aft of the forecabin to starboard is the head compartment with
hanging locker opposite. The salon has a port settee that is 4'4" long and
has an enclosed locker above it that houses the stereo, Loran, Link 5000
data center and also folds down to make the navigator table. The starboard
settee slides out to form a double berth 6'3" long by 3'5" wide. On the
bulkhead in front of the starboard settee is the dinette table that folds
down with two wings and measures 34" wide by 37" long. Aft of that is the
6'5" long quarterberth. Aft of the port settee is the "U" shaped galley.
Teak and holly cabin sole with teak battened overhead, teak veneer bulkheads
and teak moldings. A 21" by 21" opaque hatch is over the forecabin with an
additional 14" by 19" opaque hatch over the forward part of cabin.

The shallow "U" shaped galley has louvered door lockers outboard and a thru
the bulkhead trash bin and trap dry storage locker.
