I saw them listed from 14,000 to 100,000 in a quick search, I suppose I must have missed somethig but I was in a hurry. I am looking to trade my Blazer in for something I can use as a hauler for a couple of bikes. What kind of gas mileage do you get in yours? Not crossposted... Rowdy Mouse Racing, looking for hauler version 2.0 ----------------------------------------- I assume you are looking for something you can eat/sleep in as well. Otherwise, why not a simple trailer? But, to answer your question, our Sprinter ... set up as a mini RV by Pleasure-Way ... gets a solid 20-21 mpg on the highway doing 65-70 mph. Slightly less (18-19 mpg) towing a trailer. It's the 2005 model, 170-inch (long) wheelbase with the 5 cylinder diesel. Still has less than 4000 miles on it. We rarely use it, but Mrs.E. refuses to even think of selling it because she thinks it's "cute". Eisboch Nope, not looking to buy yours but I am looking into more "full size" vans. As to a hauler, I would rather not have to pull a trailer if possible but still want two rows of seats and real doors, not a hatch on the back. Can you stand up in those things if you are say, 5'7"? Just wondering, but the gas mileage sounds better than I expected. Of course yours sounds nice, does it have a kickin' a 8 track and shag carpet on the ceiling, I always thought the waves in the carpet as the wind went over it was cool ![]() -------------------------------------- Here's some for you: http://www.sprinterexpediters.com/ Eisboch- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Probably looking to trade for something used, but the more I read the more I like it.. The Mouse and Mrs. Mouse hate em' though.. Think they are ugly. You know me though, I am a tool guy, and as a tool those things look perfect.. ****, looks like it gets at least as good mileage as my Blazer. I hate dragging the bike(s) in and out of the house every night. I think with Lojak and a decent alarm, they would be pretty safe in there... |

They use a lot of Sprinters. |
