Why motor oil? Usually they use ATF or real tilt/trim fluid. Motor oil is a lubricant, you need hydraulic oil. Usually different stuff My Mercedes Unimog industrial tractor uses SAE 30 engine oil in the tractor hydraulics. The backhoe has a separate pump and reservoir and uses Case hydraulic oil. Casady |
