19 million votes (Ohio population is 11.5 miiion).

My neighbor (70 years old) is from Harrisburg, PA. He said the ward boss
use to pick up his grandfather and drive him all over the region and to vote
a straight Democrat ticket. When Grandpa got home, he says he was tired
from all the voting. Maybe 50 times during the day. But come Christmas the
ward boss never forgot them.
