You can pick any address in the State of Maryland and look up the tax
records. You will find out who owns the property. The properties
description. The properties assessed value. Who the previous owner of
the property was and what type of transaction conveyed the property
between the current owner and the previous owner. All it does is save
you a trip to the county court house.
