palin's approval has been dropping like a rock. on 9/11 there was a 14
point spread in her approval/disapproval rating. today that difference
is 4. and she's the 2nd least popular of all pres/VP candidates (only
mccain is less popular).

of course, it'll be wonderful having a sportswriter with her finger on
the nuclear trigger if the 15% chance her boss has of dying plays
out....
