Cheney and Quayle weren't in line behind a guy that is likely to be undergoing chemo during the first few month's after an election. Palin is. Good, then we get to watch her on TV for the next eight years, instead of some liberal boner shrinker. Do you really look forward to putting the United States in the hands of a housewife without foreign exposure? Sarah Palin who began her campaign with lies and misrepresentations, someone without a shred of strategic or tactical experience, speaks no other languages, no military experience, and wants to burn library books based upon her religion? Are you really postulating that Sarah Palin, who thinks God commanded the Iraq and Afghanistani wars, is qualified to run America in its current condition? Or are you a pacifist troll trying to tweak noses? Neither. Here I thought you were finally ready to discuss something real with me, but I notice your gratuitous name calling, even before I had the chance to respond. No matter, let's address the facts. Palin will be running for Vice President, but since you mention "running America", let's do some comparisons against someone who is trying to win the office of President. Firstly, being born in Kenya and going to school in a Madrasah is hardly the kind of foreign exposure I would like in a President. On the other hand, Sarah Palin has a foreign exposure out of her west facing window. Secondly, your every post, ok 99% of your posts, claim that somebody is lying, misrepresenting, lying through misrepresenting, lying by misdirecting, lying buy misconsideration, etc. Because of your track record of calling everyone you disagree with a liar, you are like the boy who cried wolf. Your claims of lies and misrepresentations cannot be taken seriously,. When you complain that Sarah Palin started her career with lies and misrepresentations, I can equate that with the time you called me a liar because I stated you were intelligent. This is what I mean when I say you are noise, you have misrepresented yourself so much, that everything you say is suspect and potentially a lie. Sarah Palin speaks English, better English than the ebonics that Obama speaks. She doesn't "misspeak" or tell lies like Obama does. No foreign language speaking is required for the office she is seeking. On the other hand, Obama does speak a foreign language, he speaks Bahasa. What is Bahasa you ask? It is the language spoken in the world's most populous Muslim majority nation., Indonesia. "When prominent Indonesians visit the U.S., the first person they want to meet is Obama, says Parnohadiningrat Sudjadnan, the Indonesian ambassador to the U.S. 'Back home people think of him as one of us, or at least one who understands us,' he says, adding that they are delighted to find that Obama speaks passable Bahasa, the language spoken in Indonesia and Malaysia. http://www.time.com/time/politics/ar...695803,00.html As for strategic, tactical, or military experience, Sarah Palin is also better qualified as evidenced by these shooting photos. Even Hillary outranks Obama. http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/a...80_570587a.jpg http://graphics8.nytimes.com/images/...0obama.650.jpg Caution, picture of liberal boner shrinker linked below. http://www.appletreeblog.com/wp-cont...linton-gun.jpg Regarding Palin burning books, this is a statement made out of desperation by the liberals who fear that there is finally somebody worth electing to the White House, and it isn't Obama. All mentions of book burning appear to be from lib blogs, in response to rumors that Palin tried to ban books. This is also False. As proof I offer this link to snopes.com where this was firmly stated as being false, unlike your link to snopes where it is not stated as False, that Obama thought there were 57 states. http://www.snopes.com/politics/palin/bannedbooks.asp As for Palin and her belief in God, I find it refreshing that she is not afraid to express her faith. Did not Obama utter "God Bless America" once himself? Yes he did, he believes God will Bless America, otherwise why would he say it? Was it just political? Yes, I recall it was when his loving pastor, Rev. Wright said blacks should sing "God damn American" instead of "God bless America." I'll take Palin over Obama, any day. And she's a hottie too. Insert gratuitous attack here. |

Who is mcbush? mccain's been in govt. for 26 years...has about 6 pieces. mccain's not a leader. he's a follower. he's not the brightest bulb in congress, but he IS a big liar. Cites? what did he say when confronted with proof palin lied about earmarks? he lied what did he say about obama's policy on sex ed? he lied check the WSJ today. even the far right wing press is calling him a sleazebag. , he just voted the liberal line. So I may be wrong. But his background and choice of friends, is extremely leftist. and mccain is dedicated to bankrupting the US. his economic advisor, phil gramm, is partially responsible for the lehman bros/merrill lynch meltdown we saw today. Right. Cites? ever hear of phil gramm? economic advisor to mccain? guess who authored the deregulation of the banking industry? guess who's wife sat on the board of directors of enron when gramm deregulated SEC oversight? gee. you really ARE drinking GOP kool aid by the bucket load, aren't you? not sure why you love poverty, but if you vote mccain you'll get to experience it first hand. He has proposed huge increase in Government and government spending. My kids and grandchildren can not afford more debt being passed on to them biggest spenders in the last 30 years? ronald reagan Would that be the same St Ronald Reagan who rebuilt the military that Carter destroyed, ended the Cold War and ended Communism through most of the planet? Seems like money well spent. ever read alexander kozyrev's article in 'foreign affairs quarterly'? he was foreign affairs minister under the last soviet govt. Yes I have. he said it was ECONOMIC competition, not MILITARY competition that destroyed the USSR All those competative foreign exports eh, like AK-74s? more kool aid for you, i guess. george bush Hummm...something about rebuilding the military that Clinton destroyed, and engaged in a war voted for by Democrats? Seems that Democrats are pretty good about destroying the military no? And forcing Republicans to rebuild it. gee. bush went to war against the taliban with the military that clinton built. seems we won in a matter of weeks. Really? Then why did the Leftwingers bitch about no armor, no up armored vehicles etc etc et? oh. you forgot about 9/11. yeah...figures. Odd..I was going to say the same thing to you. both republicans. Say..hows that Great Society/War on Poverty coming along? About the same as that War on (some) Drugs? war on drugs? you mean the 'lock 'em up and throw away the key' approach that conservatives have pushed that has led to the US having more prisoners than any country in the world? Throw away the key? Sonny...Im an ex cop. If we had done just that..we wouldnt be having the problems we do have. Its called a revolving door. You dont know much, do you? Gunner |

But, according to Herbert Hoover McCain *and* Gunner, "...it (the economy) is strong." I passed 11 brand new machine tools all nicly wrapped in plastic on trucks last week at variouis times, Haas, Fadal etc Been in a Walmart lately? Durable goods is up, as is manufacturing. Seems that falling dollar is good for manufacturing. and exports. Are we in a recession? Yes, but not a bad one. Seen any bread lines and soup kitchens lately? The way these people *think* is along these lines: a recession is when the other guy is out of work a depression is when YOU are out of work take a look at what's going on in Michigan (Detroit area) as far as union wage cuts and employee cuts are concerned. Or the Nevada real estate market. They have been in the ******** for years..even before Clinton. Rustbelt ring any bells? Or any of the textile regions of the southeast. That goes back to at least Carter. when shoes and textiles were offshored. People are hurting _badly_. Anyone who denies this is living on another planet. And to bring it home...take a hard look at California's economy. I live in California. Banks are folding, that have been in business for 100 years, and the "leading economic indicators" on Wall Street show a house of cards collapsing to the ground. Greed is a terrible thing when it goes out of control. Still, there are those who remain in denial. Stuck on Stupid. Who think things are just fine and dandy. Nick I said the economy is still strong, not that everything was fine and dandy. The whole thing will go right into the ******** after the elections, and then we can blame it on the Democrats, when they try to tax us into prosperity. |

How much of your wages are you going to contribute to his social programs? How much do you want to mortgage your children and grandchildrens earnings? You are repeating falsehoods when you accuse Obama of being the most liberal, and this puts your credibility in question. It is clear you have been sucking up the propaganda, so don't even give us this speculative crap that no one can predict. Explain who is more liberal. He may not really be the most liberal.
