Also have been happily married to a wonderful, devoted and interesting wife for 39 years. For our generation that's a bit of an oddity. She, in her unique way keeps life interesting, keeps me young, and hopefully, I reciprocate in kind. We raised three kids who are responsible, self sufficient and are now also happily married and raising their own families. What else could anyone ask for? We've given away in gifts or charity about half of what my career rewarded me with. I think I am entitled to enjoy a few toys and I only talk about them here because I suspect there are others who, like me, would get a kick out of them. Doesn't matter. He has to be comfortable with himself, as do all of us. Eisboch It's nothing but pure jealousy, ignore the idiot. It must be a shame to feel like such a failure after retirement that you must try to torment those that have done well. |
