This looks like a neat system for those with waterfront property.
Not as good as a concrete dock and davits, but a lot cheaper.
Anybody ever see one, or walk on one?
Thoughts?

We have a few of them, on the river with jet skis on them. They tend
to grow lots of stuff on them if you don't stay on the maintenance.
There is a tree growing on one of them. All have some degree of marine
fouling.

I was wondering about that. BTW, what kind of maintenance do you do
on the concrete dock pilings down there. I noticed about 6" of shell
growth on my sister's dock pilings in Punta Gorda.
It's about 10 years old.
I hate the thought of falling in and climbing up or even hanging on to
that stuff. Looks like razors. Seawalls are almost as bad.
Can a dock turn into a reef?
