Default More scallops

Got talked into going scalloping again today in the Tolman. Went
about 2.5 miles East of St. Marks lighthouse in 5-7' of water, got
about 7 gallons. After cleaning them I am FINISHED scalloping this
season.
My overweight next door neighbor went. He was snorkelling about 75'
from boat and I noticed him floating on his back(I was aboard boat).
I called to him to see if he was ok and he replied he needed help. I
gave my 21 yr old daughter the throwable pfd and she got to use her
recent lifesaving skills to get him back to the boat. Turns out he
simply ran out of energy in the wind and current.
