Default More problems for the Navy...

Others may disagree, but I don't think his policies were productive.

Disregarding his Z-Grams, his ideas about many, cheaper ships, as opposed
to fewer, expensive ships, makes sense to me. In WWII, many/most of the
German weapons systems were superior to ours, but in a war, numbers
matter, and we produced the numbers. We seem to have become enthralled
with technology, and I'm not sure it's the right direction. The Zumwalt
destroyer seems to be a good example.
