I can't speak for 'Dan', but Don is totally innocent of posting under

It's coming from googlegroups via an aggregator via a blogger site
called thecaptainandthekid.

It may have been routed thorugh a Halifax server, but I doubt it
originated there.

As least that's the way I read it.

Ah ha! Someone may be getting creative in this group.
Good thing they weren't smart enough to use my provider. I'd be here for
months protesting my innocence.

I've contacted Easynews to trace it out for me - I have "connections"
there.

Get it - "connections"?

Got it ;-)

Well, now, I'm sure we'd agree that any policy adopted by the military
that led to an increased use of illegal drugs would be a bad one. While I
believe possession of personal amounts of marijuana should be completely
decriminalized for the general population, I don't believe such relaxation
should extend to the military.

So, so far you are incorrect on whether we would agree.

Sure 'nuff. Gotta keep an open mind. The breeze clears out the cobwebs
as well.

BTW .... I understand your reluctance to embrace the PRC and, to that I also
agree. However, I think it is wise to pay attention to what is going on
over there. Like it or not, China is going to have a major influence on all
of our lives in the future.

I also think the seeds have been planted over there for serious political
and social reforms in the future. We are witnessing the early birth of a
potential revolution leading to Democracy. The Chinese people have been
kept in the dark for centuries ... even predating Mao and communism, but
once the light is turned on, people gain some prosperity and knowledge, it
is increasingly difficult to turn the light back off.

I do pay attention - close attention - to what happens in the PRC, and
have done so since the Nixon Administration. I won't dispute the
influence China is having and will have on world affairs.

Actually, China, Russia, and the United States are all heading in the
same direction, towards a repressive society operated only for the
benefit of the very few very rich.

Just repeating what John called you (Tom).

=========================================

Try reading the header.

With all the folks here using multiple handles lately..........why
bother?

BTW: Who's wife is a bull****ter?
===================================

The point is you accuse someone that doesn't deserve it.

So who is it?
========================

It ain't SWS.

So who is it?

I don't care to do anymore research other than it's obvious who it isn't.

Good. It was intended to be as offensive to you as you typically are to
me. Tit for tat. Or, in the vernacular...go foch yourself.

Every thing you do is offensive, you low life offish pig.

He says that because he feels Obama will win the presidency and have a
filibuster-proof majority in the Senate. Then we will see the oppressive
society...etc, begin.

As long as the powerful, rich Democrats can keep the uneducated masses
thinking they're getting a free lunch, the Democrats will stay in power.
