I'll unilaterally declare a truce with hk if'n he stops the excessive
political posts. I dont mind an occasional one cuz we all need to
vent but he just went overboard yesterday. How bout it Harry?

Pffftt.. . . only a week till Independence day! Yay, beer!

Speaking of beer .....

We had a big time party/cookout/beerfest here Saturday. All in all about
60 people showed up. We have a large deck (about 20' by 20') above a 4
season porch that overlooks the backyard, pool, cabana, etc. where the party
was going on.

On the deck we set up dedicated amps for three guitars, a bass guitar,
drums, PA system, Karaoke system/monitor, four microphone stands, etc.
I had to run a heavy duty 50 amp power service from a nearby RV outlet to
run everything.

Anyway, things certainly got lively. We had guests from all over .... some
local, some from Florida, some from Europe and everybody was whooping it up.
Then, a guy I didn't realize was there came up on the deck with his guitar.
He's a professional performer ... and took over lead. Unbelievable. I
struggled to keep up playing rhythm, my brother (who is actually pretty
good) banged away on the drums, my son playing bass and two or three girls
singing background to the lead. One of the females (from Florida) used to
sing professionally and has a very powerful voice.

Anyway, I can't mention our surprise guest, but to say the least, we had a
blast.

Now, back to your local programming ......

I suppose intellectual curiosity is what separates us Yankees from you
rednecks. We have it, and you don't.

Harry, if it weren't for rednecks, you would have nothing to talk about.

I'll be glad to consider O'Hara's request for a truce after I see him

post snide, insulting comments in sufficient numbers aimed at the seven
little schitts and their enablers.

Harry doesn't have a problem with snide, insulting comments, he just
doesn't want any to be directed towards him. Not only doesn't he have a
problem with snide insulting comments, he insists they be in sufficient
numbers aimed at anyone he distinguishes as "seven little schitts and
their enablers".

It might help O'Hara if Harry posts a daily list of who are the seven
little schitts and the enablers, and how many posts O'Hara needs to
direct towards them to appease Harry.

A local blues festival here had a pretty good guest also.
Report says she was out sailing on St. Margaret's Bay with new friends on
Friday. Can't beat that.

I think that would be between the inviter and the invitee.

Don...next time you have a party and need a guy in a clown suit to make
balloon animals for the kiddies, you can invite "Reggie." If you do,
though, check his ID at the door.
