Too Stupid to Look it Up
"hk" wrote in message . .. Frankly, I am far more obsessive about my trailer brakes. I carry a two gallon garden sprayer with me, and rinse off the trailer's disc brakes after I launch the boat and park the vehicle and trailer. Bulbs are cheap; brakes are not. But that's because you are awesome. The newbie with the lights question just isn't in your league. Eisboch |

Did you read about the idiot who hadn't the brain power to google up manufacturers/suppliers of LED trailer lights, and then discovered his trailer already had LED trailer lights? D'oh. Unbelievable! Is this the first boat this character has ever owned? He shouldn't be allowed off the dock without supervision. |

Eisboch The fellow who posted the question is no boating newbie, and I was laughing at his inability to figure out how to find the answer...by using google or some other search engine. I think trailer brakes are a far more significant worry for salt water boaters than lights. If you don't rinse the brakes, they rust right up. Even with stainless brakes, there are pieces and parts on them that are not stainless.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Harry, how would one google the answer to the question "where did you get your LEDS?" |
