T storm that rolled through Scituate yesterday afternoon.
Storms this year seem more severe and numerous compared to past years.

Same here in Central Florida. The frequency of the afternoon showers this
time of year has been way down the past few years. This June is more like
"normal".

We had a goodie come through Alexandria around 7 PM last night. Nice
photos, BTW. Send us some of the bay itself.

As mentioned good pictures. We have been getting more storms
here in the Clearwater FL area this summer.

Did you record that?

I don't like lightening. Mrs.E. thinks it's cool, but having worked around
high voltage for many years and being seriously zapped a couple of times, I
head for the innermost part of the house when it's around.

A guy got zapped by lightening last week in Scituate. He was kayaking or
something. He survived, but received some bad burns in his head and hands.

I've been hanging out in Scituate since buying the new (old) boat and
bringing it down from the North Shore last month.
My oldest grandson wants to make the trip from Scituate to Kingman on the
Cape and I've been eyeing the weather almost daily for a decent day to go.
It's only takes about three hours, but he's never been on a larger boat on
the ocean and I want his first experience to be a good one. Seems like
everyday it's been heavy fog until late morning, then thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Meanwhile, I've been enjoying the use of a free slip in
Scituate, thanks to the owners of the Mill Wharf Marina, but I don't want to
take advantage of it. Hopefully we'll get a nice, clear day next week and
we'll get underway. To my grandson, traveling down the South Shore coast,
through the Cape Cod Canal and then over to Kingman will be like traveling
across the Atlantic.
