Thanks, Tom I have read 2-5 years or so, because of the additives... I heard the same thing, hence, I would not use oil older than 2 years. They say you should not use Tires that are older than 6 years, no matter how much tread you have on them. Important On the Iowa lake where I do my boating, everyone I know has fifty year old trailer tires. Five miles a year is typical. Same people and boats for fifty years.
