1. Purchase a good power buffer, not the cheap ones but something like a Porter Cable
orbital buffer with plenty of power.

2. Wash the boat.

3. Polish the boat with 3M Finesse It 2, using your power buffer.

4. Apply a good wax, such as Collinite Fleet Wax (paste).

You should end up with fantastic results.
