feeling wet at all. I figure out on the lake in the afternoon it will
be perfect. I actually think I will have to move it from my neck to
around the brim of my hat so it doesn't get too cold.

As much time as you spend boating, you should buy one of each fabric.

around here, so you must know of what you speak.
