My 20 hp 4 stroke Honda with electric start and power tilt weighs 140
lbs. It's quite a handful taking it off. I use a power hoist with
lifting straps. On the other hand my old Merc 15 hp 2 stroke weighs
95 lbs and is halfway manageable, about the largest I'd recommend for
easy removal.
