Saw an ex-Army Ranger, good friend of mine, doing sport skydiving survive a main and reserve entanglement. It was a slow spinning malfunction. Didn't even get a bruise. Same guy cut away his brand new main just before he entered the trees, he didn't want to get an holes in it. He managed to catch a limb with one leg about 50 feet up. Bored sport skydivers are a crazy bunch. |
