The sounds of the rigging in the sailboats drive me crazy. Some people who do spend the night on the dock say it sounds like wind chimes, and I guess they are right. If you enjoy sleeping to the sound of 100's of 50 ft. wind chimes, it can be relaxing. To me, not so much, I would rather spend the night in the flight path of the Atlanta Airport. You would hate to visit my place. I've got some monster wind chimes - very relaxing. I think that explains a lot. ![]() Yes - it explains that I have a great appreciation for the finer things in life. Unlike a certain sandal kool tie wearing pansy who posts here. I think you are using contradictory terms here. How could anyone who wears sandals and a kool tie be a pansy? He sounds like he must be a very smart, good looking, fashionable boater. He doesn't wear long pants on the boat does he? ![]() I actually do enjoy wind chimes that have a balanced tone, but halyards inside a mast, banging and clanging in discord does not have a harmonic sound to them. I would rather put my head in a bucket and beat it with a hammer, which explains a lot about me. ![]() So do you want me to mail you a kool tie and kool do rag? |
