Probably none of these are exactly what you're looking for, but maybe
they'll give you some ideas. Who knows, maybe what you want is right there!

here is my boat.I have some video somewhere of it going about 20 with
the 25 horse ...

http://www.yaimkool.com

It's just a big flat bottom skiff. It's rides a little hard but if
speed isn't your thing, it's great..

Where are you located? I see that its an all wooden boat. Plus Mine isn't a
tiller engine. How much are you selling it for? I am sort of looking for
aluminum.. but I so appreciate all the help from everyone.

You can push most boats with it. You will not get high speeds, maybe less
than 10 mph.

Well, I live in CT and the boat is not for sale, I was just pointing
you in a direction to look. A big flat bottom skiff, wide, high sides
like this sounds like the deal for you if you can find one. Of course
I can tell you how to build one for less than 500 bucks too but that's
another story;) Anyway, on a lake with mostly calmer days this boat
will travel 15-20+ mph depending on trim and load. They do pound hard
in a chop, and with only a slight rake on the sides, they are kind of
wet. But that's the tradeoff for the space, speed, and cost.

MIne is just a simple plywood skiff, built in my backyard. Like I
said, I have a 25horse console steering engine on now, I love it.

If I had a boat as pretty as that, it would never get used. I could never
find water clean enough to put the boat in!

I didn't know you had a console in that thing now, I just
automatically thought it was a tiller motor.

I think I found something.. a 15 ft 1990 Grummar flat bottom 6ft wide, no
motor with a steering console. (otherwise I'd have to pay around 500. plus
tax for that). We are going to get the transom welded to a 20' cause right
now its for a short shaft. I think my motor should push this along pretty
well. I have my fingers crossed cause I haven't seen the boat yet.
Thanks so much for all the help.

A year or two ago while visiting the Detroit area I drove up
to Algonac along Lake St. Clair. There were an unbelievable
number of boats for sale along the way. I assume the crappy
economy was taking it's toll.
