When gas was cheap, we would go into the smaller creaks and rivers enjoying nature. Since I do spend the 2 or 3 nights a week on my boat, there is still no cheaper bang for the buck. Smaller "Creaks" drive me nuts, very difficult to find, fix, and enjoy nature. I like frogs though. Ribbit. UD *Creeks* are generally not suitable for boating as they are normally considered small streams. Exceptions may include canoes and rafts. The definition of creek varies by location. Even with the drought 6 mile creek, and deer river creek could and do hold 1000's of 32-50 ft boats without any problem. Check out the "creeks" in the Cheseapeake Bay, you will see many 50 ft. boats easy navigating the "creeks" |
