I'd like to see a recent list of contemporary application software that
worked under XP and does not work under VISTA. A lotta list, eh? And I am
sure the advanced home users in this newsgroup are running older 64-bit
versions of windows.

"Results 1 - 10 of about 3,260,000 for software that works with xp but not
vista. (0.31 seconds) "

Eisboch (hehehe)

Snerk yourself...that list is full of b.s.

"I had the same problem after installing Vista 32 bit. To get past it, I
had to uninstall the program then reinstall it. When I reinstalled, I
used the "Run as Administrator" to execute the .exe installation file."

Yeah, well, it ran...and it would have run if the original poster in
that thread had any understanding of what he was doing.

Unimpressed.
