Default What being outdoors can do for stress....

TRANQUILITY...
* a disposition free from stress or emotion
* an untroubled state; free from disturbances
* a state of peace and quiet

Have you ever stopped to think when the last time you were free from
stress? When was the last time you slowed down long enough to let
time not matter? Last fall we were invited to go to Lake Hope in Ohio
with some friends of ours. Our weekend was filled with hiking,
exploring, playing with the kids, we even found time to fish and
swim. There is nothing like hiking down to a gorge, being on the
lookout for animals, listening to leaves rustle in the path and
watching children explore things for the first time. Laying in bed
that weekend one word came to mind, tranquility. It's a great place
to be! When was the last time you found tranquility in your life? BE
