I smoke cigars and the occasional cigarette and have for - well, say
thirty years or more.
My lung functions is 100% of what it was 30 years ago. And I know
this because I've used the same allergist for the past 30 years and he
has tests going back that far for comparison.
Strange huh?
My father-in-law has smoked cigarettes for 50 years, two or three packs
a day. He got lung cancer, not from cigarettes but from hexivalent (sp?)
crhomium. He manage chemical production plants for 35 years.
