Two big Honda 4 strokes on the back. (they might let you buy just the boat for less and you could put 2-strokes on instead). Looks like a heck of a buy, at least to me. But you'd have to tow it home from Seattle. http://www.worldcat.com/boats/cabin_...70HT/index.php Sorry - missed this first time around. I'm still looking. It would appear that I'm going to have to compromise at some point because of engine selections - the boats I'm most interested in all seem to be powered the same and dealers are very reluctant to change engines out. Can't blame them - I understand that they are in a tight squeeze on inventories and left overs resulting in not taking on additional inventory. With respect to the cats, I still have my concerns about them, but at this point in the search, I would certainly not turn one down if it's a deal like this - and this is a good deal. Is the demo boat set up similar to the one in the photos? For full details: 206-282-0110. Ask for Roger. Feel free to say that I referred you if you like. There's nothing in it for me, but I'm on good terms with the folks at that particular brokerage and it may earn you some special consideration. (Or not, but it wouldn't hurt). |
