Maybe next time.

Same here in BF Illinois

We saw it. Interesting, because there was a pretty heavy cloud cover
until just before the eclipse.

Crazy weather week here in Maryland. We had 73F on Monday, and yesterday
we had almost two inches of snow fall in our zip code.

They're calling for ice here tonight.

We're supposed to have more snow tonight and then freezing rain
tomorrow. I'm supposed to fly out to the Left Coast this weekend; hope
my flight is not cancelled.

We've been getting a load of ice right now. probably 3 inch's so far,
and more to come. Really fine, and thankfully not clinging to trees
and power lines.

The kind that makes the ground look like a giant snow cone.

Well, I was kinda wondering why rec.boats was a bit slow tonight.
Maybe half the posters are outside waiting to start howling like a
bunch of Coyotes.

The moon is made of cheese - so it would be mice that would be howling
at the moon.

More likely it's followers of Lycaon.

The eclipse was absolutely stunning here in Atlanta last night. The
full moon was just freakin' huge. When it was fully eclipsed, it was
just a reddish hued orb in the sky. At my house it was through the
branches of the trees. I wished I had set my tripod up and took pics.!

Very nice here in Alexandria, VA, also!
