We ate Alaskan king crab claws/legs. Perhaps better than the
crab from your area but realizing they are all bottom feeders.


I like softshell crabs from this area, because you can eat the
whole thing. Never been into the spicy crab banging business of
crab eating so popular around here...lots of work for a little bit
of crab meat. I prefer the Alaskan claws and legs, too.

A crab picking is a social event as much as it is an eating event.
If you had friends you would know that.
