It was really nice to see all the support for Dale Jarrett making his
last Daytona race.

Tried out the NASCAR "Scanner" on the computer - that's a pretty neat
deal - get to hear all kinds of interesting stuff.

no, this afternoon I watch a delco starter off an IH McCormick 400
generator get disembowled and restored by me. Plus a 24v 40MT Cat
starter total out, and a 160a. Leece-Neville JB DUVAC regulator swap.

Dont' have time for afternoon funnies.

Well, la de whoop de da...

Speaking of which, the starter on my Super A is funky. All the
connections are good, there isn't any bad wire or anything - how hard
is it to rebuild?

Never done one before.

Not bad at all, Tom. the field is difficult to solder to the contact
post but otherwise it's fairly simple.

Whats going on?
