Tickets issuance is similar to Mendelian genetics, where dominance is represented by assholeness, regression by politeness. polite driver + polite cop = probably no ticket asshole driver + polite cop = ticket polite driver + asshole cop = ticket asshole driver + asshole cop = ticket, maybe jail Simplistic, but usually true in my experience, which is I'm always polite, the cops are nearly always polite, and I hardly ever get a ticket.
