easily have been avoided. The kid probably didn't know btter, and the

The kid had the right to question why he was being harassed by the
cop. The cop, however did not have the right to batter and abuse the
kid.

All on the cop, period. He is the adult, and his training should have
covered this, completely. No way, no how, in no manner did that cop
have any right to touch the kid, or threaten him verbally....
period.. If he can't do the job, get another job.

You are right, he probably does not deserve a bullet, but I have seen
guys like that before. We could argue if he is or is not a rabid
animal. My opinion based on what we see here, is probably yes...

You are right, he probably does not deserve a bullet, but I have seen
guys like that before. We could argue if he is or is not a rabid
animal. My opinion based on what we see here, is probably yes...

The unfortunate thing is...that line of work sometimes draws bullies and
power hungry individuals.
His co-workers should help police this activity rather than remaining silent
behind the blue wall.

guys, if you knew how dirty cops affected my life, you may more
understand my deep hate and disrepect for dirty cops and the ones who

The kid should be cited for and if he broke a law, calling a cop "Dude"
is not illegal. The cop should be held 100% responsible for his abuse
of power, totally losing control of his emotions and throwing down the
kid without any reason.
