I had a Takamine at one time. It was an excellent guitar. I remember it
was easy to play compared to some others I've had.

You know how I can tell a decent guitar .... well, at least to my amateur
standards anyway?

If I can finger a difficult chord ... fingers stretched out and the index
finger doing the bar thing across the fretboard and it sounds ok .... to me
it's a decent guitar. I have a couple that no matter how precisely I tune
it up, some chords sound out of tune, while the rest sound fine.
