Eisboch I was going to say that there's not much to go wrong with a "tank" itself. about the only thing that can go bad is if coils break which is highly improbable. Even so, and if that be the case, Richard. You could probably fix it yourself. Sounds more electronic to me... I spent a couple of hours on it. It's the transformers. (coils). Apparently, it's a common failure, but the problem is locating the replacements. I was quoted about 50-70 bucks to fix it at the guitar joint. That's not bad. Eisboch |
