I think Mrs.E. knows that no horses means no further justification of living
in this huge house.

A few years ago, when she still had two, 14 year old "Westies" *(Major and
Minor), *I painted their names on a couple of driveway pavers and propped
them up in the woods overlooking the backyard as future "gravesites".
Mrs. E. didn't appreciate my humor. *Those dogs are gone, but we're still
here, with three dogs and three horses.

I think this spring, I'll paint another paver with my name on it.
