Ever notice how *all* the coaches hide their mouths with the play card when speaking into the mike on the sidelines? Why do you think they do that? Shading the edges has always been part of sport. What makes this disturbing is that it is at the organization level. Punish it, and move on. Whatever. No need for insults. Rules are rules. If you break them don't complain about the results.
