Hummmm?? I wonder who Spectre is rooting for, announcing a possible
investigation of something that was and is not illegal, two days
before the big game. I think they should have an investigation into
Spectre and his friends and family to see who is taking marching
orders from the bookie...

I don't care about Specter, although he had a legitimate beef knowing the
Patriots cheated to win.

I am hoping for a Giants win. The Browns (1948), Bears (1934, 1942) and
the
Dolphins (1972) would then remain the only teams to have perfect seasons.
;-)

Cheating in sports is very subjective. Like Ernie Ervan said to a
friend of mine, "if you ain't cheatin' you ain;t trying to win". Sad,
but true...

===========

If they win the SB there should be an asterisk next to their record noting
they were cheaters.

And rest have not?

Pretty interesting just after the delay call. You can hear a guy on
the sideline counting off the play clock for Eli.. Great pass and
catch by Toomer just now.. oooops, interception, New England..
Nevermind.

I don't know. I do know that the Patriots are documented as being
cheaters.

For what? Video taping the other teams coaching staff? So do all the
national broadcast networks that televise the games.

Furthermore, the "documented" instance happened and ended at the very
beginning of a early game this season... like in the first few minutes. The
guy with the camera was escorted from the field. Had absolutely no affect
on the outcome of the game. If you happen to notice, none of the league
coaches, players or team owners are complaining or even talking about it.
It would be a forgotten, minor event if it weren't for a certain Senator who
happens to be a big time Philadelphia Eagles fan. Who, other than he, are
even talking about a Patriot/Eagles game from 2005?

Nobody.

Meanwhile, watch the second half at the SB. True to form, the Pats will
come out and walk away with the game. The Giants gave it a solid effort,
but it's over.

I like "Free Falling", but the way he's doing it, it sounds like he is.

Undoubtedly, the Pats broke league rules by having an employee aim a video
camera at the Jet's defensive coach at the beginning of the season's opening
game and the Patriot organization and Belichick were substantially fined for
"breaking the rules".

Doesn't mean they cheated.

For what?

The NFL thought it to be serious enough to fine your coach 1/2 million and
the team 1/4 million and for the team to lose their 1st round draft pick
this year.

Did you see this?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4ebtj1jR7c

Put an asterisk next to all the Patriots wins showing them as cheaters.

Whatever.

Say "hi" to Pete Rose.
