John, if you like biscuits, give that recipe a try, they are
excellent, especially with a good bowl of collards.


I try hard to stay away from biscuits and such. I'll buy a loaf of
Panerra's multigrain, and it'll last me a couple weeks. I'd be as big as
some other folks in here if I ate all the biscuits I'd love to eat!

I can pretty much eat what I want. I watch things, too, but I'm in the
dojo several times per week, either working out, teaching or sparing.
