If memory serves, oil was *around $25 a barrel when President Idiot presumed office in 2001. I remember the discussion earlier *of high oil prices being blamed on the speculators in the trading pits. I remember that, too. It's back. The word "investors" is in the sentence below. Who are these "investors"?
